Time management is one of the key factors to lead our life better. Most of us are running behind the clock in everyday life as 24 hours are not enough in our busy life. "I have no time" has become the slogan of all kind of people today. But, there are some people better than one another. In the competitive world, the smart people are capable of using their time efficiently to have spare time after finishing all the works belong to them. Time management has been taught in the management studies as a major subject. Time management doesn't mean avoiding wasting time. In the table, mark, the things to be completed within the four years in periodic manner and mark the target for the months too. After scheduling the big year schedules, don't forget to plan for the weekly and daily works in the beginning of the weeks and the days.
All the above said things are done by most of us as they need no efforts to take than writing in a paper with desires. The main thing is, implementing the scheduled things at the right times. Most of us are failing to implement the scheduled things and this is the major problem for us to maintain the time management. The simple tip for implementing the scheduled things is, getting ready to do the things that are marked for the day at the waking time and checking whether all the scheduled things for the day have been done before going t the bed.
The scheduled works must be done without fail within the scheduled time. The home work in our school and college days, would have been done b us for getting the best marks. Just like that, finishing the daily self scheduled works will get us to win in the life race.
Finish the tough works first:
As we have seen above, the important works must be give priority even if they are tough or easy. After doing the important work, we will have lots of option to choose. In this stage, analyze which is the tough work to do and do them as first. It has been a habit with most of us doing the easiest and the tasks we like to do more first than choosing the tough one as first. The experts are telling that, this habit is not a good one to encourage. Doing the tough works as first will be helpful for u to keep our mind delightful which is very important to do works with love.
Another way of scheduling the works is, categorizing the works as important-urgent, urgent-not important, not important-not urgent. Doing the works in this order will be giving relax for the mind step by step and the same will make us to do the works with high concentration and effort.

Celebrations are in the culture to give motivation one another after achieving a goal. These parties will give the members of the party enthusiasm for achieving the next goal. By the same way, consider that, you have achieved a thing when you are doing the important and urgent work which makes you to give lots of effort. Celebrate the same achievement yourself in order to motivate yourself and for getting ready for the next goal. This party can be the most lovable thing you have been longing to do for a long time like having horse ride/ giving chocolate to an unknown child to make it smile or presenting something to your loved one surprisingly. These thing will be definitely giving you more encouragement to load your gun for the next goal with fresh mind.
Some works will make you to thing bored of it as they are done by you repeatedly for many times. Be thinking the necessity for doing the work often while doing them to make your mind fresh to finish the work successfully. Getting genius can never do with the mere knowledge with hard work. Huge without time management will have side effects after they are done.
